The atmosphere was super friendly. They even shared their Friday refreshments with us. I can't recommend them enough.

Decided to pick up biking after years of doing nothing, and went to a couple of bike shops. Basicslly stepped in with "what do i need to start, and what will it cost me". Got some outrageous quotes along the way. At the Bike Stand they took their time and ask questions so they understood my situation (shocker), and then explained what gear they recommended for a beginner like me (and why). They set me up with good, basic stuff, and if I liked it and kept biking they would be happy to upgrade what they sold me now. The owner and his son took their time even finding me a nice beginners route near me home. Not likely to go anywhere else for my biking stuff !

This is definitely THE place to go to get your bike worked on. We took in a couple of bikes (one of them was almost "antique"). Instead of pushing us to buy new bikes, they talked about what our options were in terms of upgrades, maintenance, etc. These guys know their stuff.

They were also super-fast. In 24 hours they had the long list of repairs and upgrades finished and the bike ready to ride.

Really nice people - truly a neighborhood bike store. I'm happy to support this small business.

Took my bike out for the first time in a while, and the rear shifter was jammed. Thought I needed a new cable so I brought it here because there were good reviews. The guy was really nice, put my bike up on the stand, messed with a couple things on the back of the bike and suddenly it was shifting. He was just as surprised as me. Next time I have an issue I will definitely come back!

This bike store reminded me of my uncle who can fix anything. It is run by a man who seems to love bikes. He takes pride in his work. I had been going to a different local bike store, but their quality declined when they were taken over by a big corporation. I went on The Bike Stand's website and was impressed by his enthusiasm for bikes and bike work. I brought in a bike for assembly. I have only been there once, but I was very happy with his work. He said that if I was not happy with his work in 30 days, I could bring it back in and he would fix it.
