I have dealt with this location for a few years. They are always, courteous, accommodating, and professional. Their prices are always competitive and fair. I have even been upgraded at no extra charge. Great customer service!
The Location in Scotch Plains NJ was wonderful to work with. They did not have a medium size car to give me so they upgraded me at no additional cost. When the SUV didn't seem to be feeling "right" I mentioned it and they took some money off of my overall bill which was very appreciated! Thanks again
Received misinformation and a surprise addition to my bill in the end, but resolved all to our mutual satisfaction in the end and had a beautiful SUV to use. Shop around and be sure to read the fine print. Keep a copy of all transactions and ask questions if you don't understand something on your contract.
Staff - very young professionals who are not very good at the DETAILS! Loved the vehicle they rented me but they TOTALLY SCREWED UP the finances.
Over-charged me by $100 on the security deposit - no explanation; John "accidentally" double-charged me on the rental instead of crediting my account for the security deposit. A $350 rental hit my bank account for over $900. NOT COOL! I suggest you discuss this with corporate.
I needed a vehicle for the weekend and reserved a car here. The vehicle was a Nissan Versa. The car was not really clean (stained headliner, not vacuumed). Not really certain why that car is even in the rotation (no frills, no power). Staff was good.
