Dr. Sean and his staff are wonderful! Very friendly and always made me feel welcome. When I started, with my lower back pain, I could barely bend over. Dr. Sean walked me through every stretch and exercise explaining how and why, giving me a better understanding of how to prevent further injury, while also helping me to regain strength and mobility. I feel like now I can live a normal active life again thanks to Dr. Sean's expertise care!

They did a great job explaining and implementing their plan for my recovery. Also, they don't overbook like some of the bigger PT places, which was a big plus for me. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Alex Brito and Dr.Sean Basinger are great! They are very hands-on and ensure that you are really getting the most out of your time there. I have been to other PT facilities, but nothing like Health and fitness Professionals. I highly recommend everyone to come check them out, they are awesome!
