I order MANY lunches and catering for my office. We use Delivery Now for their large variety of restaurants and delivery convenience. They are reliable, friendly, and flexible.
My husband and I ordered today and we were less than impressed. An hour and a half after ordering, our order still had not shown up, so we called the customer service number who had to track down the driver. 20 minutes later our food had showed up with it wrong. Even though the food was cold after reheating it was still good, but we still cannot get over waiting close to 2 hours for our food when a quoted deliver time was under an hour.
