Let me start by saying that their technicians are excellent. Apart from some minor details (all of which were resolved), their work was great, performed quickly, and with minimal inconvenience. Their customer service is an entire matter altogether. As things stand now, their office staff is woefully unable to handle the amount of volume this company does. In fact, it would not shock me if the entire company collapsed due to the utter disorganization of their front office. Appointments are regularly missed. Work requests just kinda get lost. Phone calls are rarely returned. I've also never gotten a response to an email. This is not the company to call in the event of an emergency. If you don't mind their lack of responsiveness and have time on your side, their technicians are worth the strain the office staff will place on your patience. If not, by all means go elsewhere.
They took out 4 skylights on the rear roof and replaced it. There was mold inside from prior water leaks, and they did mold remediation. My large rear patio needed power washing and new sand, and they did that too. It came out looking brand new. They also put in new gutters and gutter guards.
I liked the "one stop shopping" for different services. Plus they showed up when they promised, and cleaned up well. It was also easy to stay in touch via phone and email. The price was reasonable. And when by mistake a dump truck was left in my driveway overnight blocking access to my garage, without my asking they gave me a nice discount on the bill.
I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Brian Deegan himself came out to see what had to be done and was the ONLY contractor to tell me that my front roof just needed to be washed rather than replaced. That saved me thousands of dollars.
There have been some heavy rains since the rear roof was replaced, and everything is nice and dry. This company was recommended to me by two different friends, and I am very happy with the way the job was handled. Plus, unlike the other contractors, I only had to put down a minimal deposit and paid the rest when the job was done. I put the entire cost on a credit card, which was another convenience.
Outstanding work & results. They removed an old two layer roof, did an excellent clean up, then proceeded to apply the new Timberline roof with craftsman like work. Observed the whole process and saw that they did their work with care and efficiency. When the new gutters and leaf guards were installed the house looked like new. The office staff kept me apprised of work scheduling and on-time delivery. Excellent service & price.
Very Nice work. The men were detailed and neat. Two foremen on the job in the two days they were here. Each of them were professional and polite. All work that was to be included was done with no hidden charges. Clean up was good, very little to no signs of materials laying around the property. Great job!!!
This is, by far, probably the best roofing company on the entire east coast. It's an exceedingly respectable family owned NJ business. The company employs very polite and professional people and has exceptional management. The quality of their work and service is unmatched. I could not say enough great things about them. Everyone who is even thinking of getting a new roof should at least call them and get an estimate. They have extremely fair prices, especially for the top-notch quality of work they do.
